How easy is it to operate this system?
Very easy. The system is designed for minimal operator input - touchscreen display, dial controls and a push-button start make it intuitive for any trained team member.
How long does the full process take?
The coating itself takes just 17 seconds. After that, wheels cure in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (the oven can bake 4 wheels at once).
Is the clear coat really clear after curing?
Yes - the coating applies white for easy visibility, but cures to a durable, fully transparent finish.
Where do you ship to?
We are the NZ & Australia distributor for Repair 360 - we deliver Powder Coating units throughout NZ & AU.
Can this system be integrated with our existing wheel lathe?
Yes. It’s designed to fit smoothly into your existing process, whether you’re using a DCM lathe or offering stand-alone coating services.
